Ways to Participate

March 2025’s Total Lunar Eclipse & Krononaut Moon are just a couple nights away. You’re probably here to find out how to participate in or collaborate on The Project. First of all, welcome to you! We welcome everyone, from Time Travelers to ordinary beings.

  • If nothing else, go outside under the Full Moon on Thursday Night & Friday Night, March 13-14. Enjoy the Moon & Stars. Walk the dog & the cat. Connect with your past & future selves. Dance in the Moonlight, in the Starlight, in the streetlights or whatever else you’ve got. Light a candle for the Time Travelers if you like, or a campfire. We want you to have a joyful, cosmic experience and not to worry about things. Know that others are out there with you. At 07:00 (am) UTC, it’s the Total Lunar Eclipse. If you can’t watch it from where you are, that is ok. There will be two more in the next year. The important thing is to make the night meaningful for yourself and your friends. The Time Travelers want you to have a good time.

  • We are collecting photographs and other digital documentation. One thing we are looking at is any kind of “anomalous phenomena” including UFOs or UAP. But there could be other encoded messages or quantum signals. Make a note of anything that could be a sign from the beyond. “There was a huge beetle in my hat.” “The dogs kept running in a circle.” “The cars wouldn’t start.” Who knows? Messages at one location could link up with messages somewhere else. Perhaps someone else got a big beetle, too? We especially like photos that include both the Moon and people (maybe Time Travelers!) or pets in the shot. We call these “Moonsies.” We know that a Moonsie is a tricky shoot, that may take a little extra fiddling to get right. Also, it’s helpful if you can jot down the location and local time of any photographs, and any credit details. The Krononaut Moon Project has two pages on Mastodon where you can share your photos and notes. Hashtags: #KronoMoon & #MoonOverMastodon. You can also contact us at: Photos@KronoMoon.org

  • We respect your intellectual property. We will only publish photos or text with proper attribution. If you ask us to pull something from the web, it will be down within hours. This is an all-volunteer community operation. We are not experts in copyright law or other concerns (see next).

  • You may have a reason to contact us anonymously. Maybe you know how to do this. One suggestion might be to fill in a contact form on our Contact page from a public computer such as at a library. Right now, our Contact forms are not yet functional but we hope to have them up this month, March 2025.

  • Lastly, maybe you are a serious quantum researcher, a school or theatre company, or some other institution that can benefit from these recurring events during the Total Lunar Eclipse. You have our blessing to be as creative and experimental as you can come up with. Think about The Krononaut Moon for your next group event!
